SHIPPING

Horita uses UPS, FedEx, or USPS (US Postal Service) for all shipping. Orders are shipped FOB Capistrano Beach, CA 92624. If you’re using the Horita.com website store for shipping the shipping charges are calculated automatically at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product, the type of shipping selected such as ground, next day, etc., and the distance shipped.

RETURNS

Whatever the reason for returning a unit please contact Horita first to get a Return Authorization (RA) number and include it with your unit being returned.  Please write the RA number on the outside of the package so that it can be handled promptly.
