Shipping & returns
If for any reason during the first 30 days following purchase of your HORITA product you are not completely satisfied, you may return the unit to HORITA for a complete refund, less shipping charges. Please contact HORITA first, either by phone or email, before returning the unit.
HORITA warrants to the original purchaser that this equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. This warranty provides for both parts and labor. If the unit becomes defective in material or workmanship during such period of normal use, it may be returned, postage prepaid, to HORITA for repair. After repair, HORITA will pay postage to return the unit to the purchaser. Please contact HORITA first, either by phone or email, before returning the unit.
This warranty is void if the unit is tampered with, repaired, modified, mishandled, operated with voltages or signals that exceed normal operating conditions, or operated in a harsh environment. No other warranties apply. HORITA assumes no liability for any incidental or consequentialloss, damage, or expense arising directly or indirectly from the use of its equipment, separately or in combination with other equipment.
